Ayrotv.com- Saylac- The political landscape in Somalia is once again under scrutiny, as the actions of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) raise serious questions about the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the nation. The recent election of Mr. Ciro, as the leader of the tribal regime in Hargeisa, has been overshadowed by concerns regarding his whereabouts and the freedom of his delegation. This situation prompts a critical examination of the UAE’s intentions and interference in Somali politics.

The UAE’s overtures towards former leaders Muse Bihi and Rayale, both of whom are no longer in power, are particularly alarming. This behaviour signals an attempt to manipulate the political dynamics of Somalia for foreign interests, undermining the legitimacy of the current leadership and the democratic process. The UAE’s engagement with these former leaders raises the question: What business does the UAE have in Somalia? The answer seems to lie in a broader strategy of influence and control over Somalia’s rich natural resources.

Somalia is a country endowed with vast natural wealth, and the interests of foreign powers in these resources can lead to exploitation and disregard for the rights of the Somali people. The UAE’s actions are seen as a flagrant attack on the sovereignty of Somalia, undermining the federal government and creating divisions that threaten national unity. This interference not only jeopardizes the political stability of Somalia but also endangers the livelihoods of its citizens who deserve to benefit from their own resources.

In light of these developments, it is imperative for the federal government of Somalia to take decisive action. Closing all UAE offices in Somalia and severing diplomatic ties with the UAE would send a clear message that Somali sovereignty can not be compromised. Such measures are necessary to protect the nation from external manipulation and to reaffirm the commitment to a self-determined future.

Moreover, it is crucial for all Somali patriots and nationalists to unite against the encroachment of foreign powers like the UAE and Ethiopia. A collective voice is needed to reject these attempts at destabilization and to advocate for the rights of the Somali people. The message must be clear: Somalia and its natural resources belong to Somalis alone.

In conclusion, the current political climate necessitates vigilance and action from all those who cherish the sovereignty and integrity of Somalia. The time has come for a national awakening, where the voices of the people are heard, and the sovereignty of Somalia is fiercely defended against foreign interference. Let us stand together and say no to the UAE and those who threaten our nation’s future.
