The United Kingdom government has announced a fully funded study program offering Kenyan students the opportunity to pursue higher education in the UK, with a scholarship package valued at approximately KSh 8.6 million per student.

Under the scheme, successful applicants will have their full tuition fees covered, along with a monthly stipend, travel costs to and from the UK, visa application fees, and other allowances. The funding is intended to remove financial barriers and allow scholars to focus entirely on their academic and personal growth.
Speaking during the announcement, the British High Commissioner to Kenya highlighted the importance of educational and cultural exchange in strengthening ties between Kenya and the UK.
